About 3 years ago I had a very bad experience with an HVAC company who ended up doing more harm to my HVAC system than good. Now I am extremely aware of what I look into when choosing an HVAC service. I like to search them online and look at any reviews. If there is one bad review I will not go with them. I also like to look on their website and see what kind of other services they offer. HVAC companies should be very reputable with multiple good reviews, many different locations, have multiple programs such as do-it-yourself, maintenance programs and financial programs. When I see a company offer many different services I feel as if they are very knowledgeable and that they hire specifically trained technicians. I also like to read the company’s mission statement. I find that a mission statement is very important for a company in its overall success. Plus I think it’s important that an HVAC company allows free estimates for an HVAC technician to come and give you a price on how much it would cost. To learn more about an HVAC company in your area, do research and don’t be afraid to ask questions before an HVAC technician comes out and during their service on your HVAC system.
