An HVAC technician almost ruined my wedding day.
I had everything set up and ready to go for the wedding the following day when I suddenly noticed that it was unusually cold in the dining hall.
I went to the smart thermostat and checked the temperature. The smart thermostat says that it detected a problem with the central air conditioner and recommended that I called the HVAC technician right away. I first decided to take a look at the central air conditioner to make sure it wasn’t on fire or anything. I noticed that the air conditioner was over working and would eventually overheat. I turned off the central air conditioner and called the heating and cooling business. Since the wedding was the next day, I had to pay extra to get an HVAC technician in as soon as possible. The soonest that the HVAC technician could be on sight was the next morning. I wasn’t happy with the heating and cooling business, but I figured it would have to do. The HVAC technician came the next day an hour later than the scheduled time. When he looked at the central air conditioner, he sighed and said, “this is going to be an easy fix.” I was very happy to hear that, and left the air conditioning professional to do his job. I checked back right before the wedding was to start, and the air conditioner technician was still working on the central air conditioner! I was so upset because the dining hall was very hot and uncomfortable for my guests. Finally, right before it was time to eat, the central air conditioner was fixed.
