I have been teaching in an elementary university for ten years. One of the greatest perks of my occupation is the getaway time. I cherish one week of Christmas getaway, one week of winter time break, as well as one week of Springtime cut as well as summers off. All of my non-teacher friends get jealous of all the time off as well as the traveling I get to do because of the time off. During the individual week getaways, I usually take local trips, during the summers, I take on greater trips. I always choose an international destination. I have been to many unusual countries, as well as I hope to continue adding to my list of visited countries! I never mind the long flights. I don’t mind the airplane food or the layovers… The only thing that bothers me during my international trips is the cooling systems in all airports as well as airplanes. It seems like they are always set to cold uneven temperatures. I could be flying to a tropical destination, although I will still wear moderate clothes for the cold flights. Any time I have complained as well as asked the stewardess for extra blankets, I am always told to close the vent above my seat. I have tried this too many times, as well as it never provides any comfort. This summer, I booked two international trips as well as I will be prepared for the flights. I am planning to bring thermal clothing as well as thick socks for these trips. If this doesn’t help, then I am completely out of ideas. I don’t want to stop my international travels due to some frosty air conditioner! My fingers are crossed that this solution works.
