I worked in a diner that was very large.
In some parts of the diner, it would be very freezing while in other parts, it would be too hot.
I study a review from a shopper that found this to be very unusual and unwonderful. The diner only had one control unit, so if it was too freezing in one room, it could be just the right temperature in another room. The shopper was so unhappy with the incostinant temperature in the building that he turned to the internet to express his feelings! By the time I had seen the review, it was too late. Many people had already viewed it and decided not to supply the diner a try over fear of being too warm or too cold. I decided to do some more investigating. I created a survey for each table to see who thought it was too warm or too freezing in the diner. At the end of the week, I reviewed the surveys left by the guests. At the end of the afternoon, I was looking for an HVAC maintenance shop to come take a look at the HVAC system. He was able to clean the ducts and make the airflow more consistent. For the unhappy shopper who took his aggression out on the internet- I hope you are gleeful with the consistent temperature in our building now.
