In other words, my friend and I are entirely tied up all the time. Unfortunately for us, my friend and I also tend to have a high turnover rate when it comes to the specialists who come here to work for us. I’m not entirely sure why my friend and I have such a problem with retention of employees, but that is something that my friend and I are investigating plus toiling on as time progresses. I know that retention of employees is super pressing for the success of our business in the long term. Most of our specialists are focused on central a/c plus central heating units, plus that leaves us with a backlog of lots of people who are dealing with heat pumps plus boiler problems, however since winter time is coming up fast plus the weather is cooling off hastily, my friend and I absolutely need to make sure that my friend and I have many more people on staff who are able to handle this kind of thing.
