Husband installs HVAC systems all day, without any AC for himself

How an employer treats their employees says a lot about their morals.

I’ve never considered a corporation to be good or evil before…

And then my husband started working in the heating and cooling industry. When we first got together and my husband was attending HVAC repair school. He went to the local trade school every day to learn about indoor air handling devices, troubleshooting, installations, and routine maintenance for central heating and cooling systems. At the time, I couldn’t care less about HVAC systems or emerging technologies in air purification devices. However, my husband was extremely passionate about the HVAC industry and couldn’t wait to become a professional heating and cooling worker. He promised me that he would always make a steady paycheck through any heating and cooling repair shop that he worked for. He also insisted that we would have the best indoor air quality on the block. Well, my husband has consistently made good money working as a heating and cooling technician. He is always busy on the job from his HVAC repair shop. There’s no shortage to the number of local residents who need their central heating and cooling systems inspected by a certified HVAC worker. The problem is, his HVAC dealership doesn’t treat him very well. Every day when he’s out installing brand-new air handling devices, he’s riding around in a work vehicle that has no air temperature control whatsoever. He sweats his butt off all summer, while keeping other AC systems in tip-top shape. By the time he gets home each day my husband is desperate for air conditioning and questioning his decision to be an HVAC worker.
