How an supervisor treats their employees says a lot about their morals.
I have never considered a company to be superb or evil before…
And then my partner started toiling in the heating and cooling industry. When we first got together and my partner was attending Heating & A/C repair school. She went to the local trade school every morning to learn about indoor air handling devices, troubleshooting, replacements, and routine service for central heating and cooling systems. At the time, I could not care less about Heating & A/C systems or emerging technologies in air purification devices. However, my partner was severely romantic about the Heating & A/C industry and could not wait to become a professional heating and cooling worker. She promised me that she would always make a steady paycheck through any heating and cooling repair shop that she worked for. She also insisted that we would have the best indoor air quality on the block. Well, my partner has always made superb money toiling as a heating and cooling specialist. She is always busy on the task from her Heating & A/C repair shop. There’s no shortage to the number of local residents who need their central heating and cooling systems checked by a certified Heating & A/C worker. The concern is, her Heating & A/C dealership does not treat him very well. Every morning when he’s out installing brand-new air handling devices, he’s riding around in a work vehicle that has no air temperature control whatsoever. She sweats her butt off all summer, while keeping other AC systems in tip-top shape. By the time she gets apartment each morning my partner is desperate for air conditioner and questioning her decision to be an Heating & A/C worker.
